How did the two of you meet? Tell us about your first date. We met at my (now our church) church, Beech Haven Baptist Church, volunteering in a kids club named AWANA. Our first date was a Delta Gamma Semi-Formal. How did he/she propose? Did you know it was coming? I proposed to Jordan out on a dock at Lake Herrick in Athens. I tried to keep it a total surprise and low key. After Jordan finished some homework I told her I wanted to review some questions from a book we went through called 101 Questions Before Getting Engaged. I asked her, are you ready for a trip of a lifetime? On this trip you will need a map, and I gave her a bible I bought her with a note on the inside. Secondly, you’ll need a companion, which was me(Daniel). Thirdly, you need a ticket, which was the key and I then got down on one knee. She said she knew it was going to be soon but she didn’t know then. When did you know that he/she was “the one”? Jordan said she knew after two weeks! It took me a couple months. How did you hear about T.K. Anderson Designs? By referral through a friend, Dennis McDaniel. What was your favorite part about working with the T.K. Anderson team? I loved how low key and peaceful the process was. Wes was down to earth and showed that he really cared. Wes also did an incredible job on design and creating what I wanted, which wasn’t your everyday engagement ring. Bride, what do you like most about your new ring? That my fiancé designed it! What are you most excited for in your future together? Serving God through our marriage and the adventure that is ahead.
