How did the two of you meet, and who made the first move? Charlie and I first met while I was working for Verizon Wireless. I worked with his sister and she actually introduced us. A couple of weeks went by and we were friends on Facebook and I would see his stuff and we would “Like” each other’s stuff but neither one of us would really make the first move. Finally one day I decided to send him a message and from there he asked me for my phone number so he could call me and officially ask me out on a first date! Who were the first people you told about your engagement? We both called our moms’ right away and when we got back from our trip we finished telling the rest of our family and friends! How did you hear about T.K. Anderson Designs? Charlie has known Keith Anderson for a long time. He is a good family friend and I have known Wes, Keith’s son, for a while. We went to school together. What was your favorite part about working with the T.K. Anderson team? Everyone was always so helpful and nice to speak to. They were so knowledgeable in everything they provided us with and helping us through the process. Not to mention their uniqueness in jewelry taste. It was nice to have the business on more of a personal level, rather than just another number or sale level. Bride, what do you like most about your new ring? I love everything about my ring! The thing I love most is the quality and clearness the diamonds have. I work a lot with my hands and I know my ring gets dirty but it never loses its’ clarity or brightness. It stays just about the same beautiful sparkle as when it gets cleaned. I also love the ring for its different look. I have gotten so many compliments on it and I never get tired of looking down at it! What are you most excited for in your future together? We look forward to the adventure of life and marriage. Every day is a new day to make the best of it. We look forward to the growth of our love and marriage and even in our business life. We realize there will be ups and downs but we know growing together and making the best out of any situation is what will keep us together and going strong.
