Shipping policy

Shipping:

For purchases under $500, shipping is $20.  We offer express shipping for $30.  We use USPS for our standard shipping and will ship your package to you fully insured.  You will be required to sign for your package.  We use Federal Express for express shipping.  Your package will be fully insured and you will be required to sign for your package.

We offer free shipping for purchases $500 and over. This offer is good for standard shipping. If you choose express shipping, additional charges will apply. $500 amount applies to merchandise only, not value of GiftCards or online gift certificates purchased, packaging, taxes, or shipping & handling charges. No adjustments on previous purchases. Free Shipping is awarded after all other discounts are applied. All jewelry items are shipped through the United States Postal Service or Federal Express. All shipments are insured. Please allow one to two business days for us to process your order. All orders are subject to credit and address verification, at the time of purchase and before shipping. For your protection, all FedEx and USPS shipments require a customer signature upon delivery.

International shipping: At this time we are shipping only within the United States. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to make a purchase, please call our studio Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm Eastern Standard Time.  Our phone number is 706.549.5286.
